Even if you find you have purchased an incorrect item or you simply no longer need it, you can return it for an exchange within 30 days of purchase. All INKE asks is that the good are returned to us unopened and in a saleable condition.

If purchased in an INKE store please return the goods to the store purchased from.
INKE cannot be held liable for items that are lost in the post so we recommend that you ask your post office for proof of posting.
Delivery:
All UK Postcodes qualify for Free "SUPERSAVER DELIVERY" this delivery is by Royal Mail 2nd Class, Please allow 2 - 4 days for your good to arrive. However should you wish Royal Mail 1st Class delivery and jump to the front of the queue you can select this option for a Flat charge of £1:96. This will ensure delivery in 1-2 days. If you require courier next business day delivery there is a flat charge of £5.00 plus VAT.
Orders have to be placed by 2.45pm via the Online shop to be sent that day.

Terms & Conditions:
Unfortunately Returns cannot be accepted on non stock 'Individual Special Equipment Orders'. In the past we have had persons and come companies ordering Special Equipment and Cartridges then calling back in a few days with the packaging & product opened and part used demanding a refund, especially on OEM products. (OEM = Original Equipment Manufacturer) We are unable to return these items to the manufacturer as they will not accept them nor can we Re-sell them.
